Gently Reminded

So today I was gently reminded how God has greatly blessed me in many different areas of my life. Firstly, I have wanted a Keurig coffee machine since I used one over a year ago. But I could not justify the price and I didn't NEED one so I told myself to be content with what I have and you know what? I've done fine! But I had the opportunity to apply for a party and I was chosen and included in that party... was a free Keurig Vue machine!! I love coffee and God cares enough to know our likes and He can bless us with things. So now I have a new coffee maker. And it is wonderful!

I also realized how blessed I am with my family. God has given me 2 beautiful children and He watches over them all the time. Even when I am helpless to do anything. Case in point, we went to watch my son, a senior- co captain of his team play soccer tonight. He was injured in the second half and I had to watch from the sideline. Thankfully, he was okay and went back in to finish the game. God cares about every little detail in our lives. And He wants to be included. Don't leave Him out. And when blessings come-don't forget to thank Him!

Praise God from whom all blessings flow. Praise Him all creatures here below. 

Praise Him above ye heavenly hosts. Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Amen

Jude 24-25 is one of my favorite verses because it is a wonderful benediction to our God and the praise He deserves!

"Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy,

To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen."

Sometimes we get caught up in the living one day at a time that we forget we are living because God gave us our breath. Don't take it for granted. Live your life for Christ and His glory and He WILL bless you!
