A Sweet Treat

I am a Bzz  Agent and some of you may be saying...what? It is a program where we are invited to campaigns of new products based on our profiles and we are given samples to try and report. They have found by research that word of mouth is the best type of advertising. If I like a product, I am willing to tell all my friends and that circle will continue to expand as others try it and like it and spread the word. One of my newest campaigns was a new brand of candy-UnReal. It doesn't contain preservatives or corn syrups or hydrogenated oils. They contain cocoa and have more fiber. They are good and resemble other types of candy bars that we are all familiar with. So, what is the "real thing"?  Unreal 54 or M-n-M's? It caused me to stop and think about my life. Am I living a true testimony of Christ in my life or would I be considered a fraud? Living for Christ and trying to be more like Him is a one day at a time process. In order to know Christ and be like Him we must be in His Word-the Bible-reading and memorizing it and then living it out daily in our lives.
2 Timothy 2:15
"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth."

What you put in you must put out in your life or it just becomes useless information.
Colossians 3:17
"And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him."
We can read the Gospels in the New Testament and see many examples of how Christ lived and ministered while He was here on earth. We can then imitate that and reach out to those around us with the love of Christ and sharing the Good News.
Ephesians 5:1
"Therefore be imitators of God as dear children."
So, be the "Real Thing". Use God's Word and Christ as your example. Live your life with eternity in view. Allow Him to guide and direct you as you minister to those around you. Be authentic! God can use you and He will bless!
